How do I reprogram my nokia 5230-1c?

I have a Nokia 5230-1c and it is locked to "WIND". This company has a different frequency and the only way I could make it work was to reprogram it so that my "FIDO" Sim card would work on it.
How do I reprogram it? Can you please give me specific instructions?
