how do i restore the game brick breaker onto my blackberry without having

to plug it back into the computer? i accidentally deleted the game brick breaker from my blackberry :/ however all of the questions i have looked at to find the answer have said i need to plug my phone back into my laptop,unfortunately ive misplaced the cd your given when purchasing the blackberry so i cant access desktop manger or anything like that. ive already gone through the process of the factory reset but that didn't work. can anyone help? thanks in advance
