How do i rip somebody in pieces?

there used to be some 2 or 3 people in my hs way back 2-3 years ago who didnt like me made fun of my exercises in my gym class.Now i am 4 times bigger than i was in hs i seen them in my new gym world gym every day.I just hate them and i need to rip them into pieces for what they made fun of.

How do i do it.

Should i just smash these people or what.
today i trained for 3 hrs seeing those two.

Smashed 110lb dumbbells for 1 arm rows felt like smashing them

and 225 for 8 rep rows for 3 sets.

And leg press 860+ for 12 reps of 7 sets.
