How do I set my Sharp Atomic Clock spc373 for DST..I lost the manual..

I just fooled it by changing the time zone. Press Time button once and press up or down. It shows the time zone in the location where it typically shows the day of the week. I could not figure out how to take it out of DST.
 
I have replaced my batteries and the face of the clock is blank. I tried another set of new batteries and still the face is blank. How do I get started?
