How do I set up my Blackberry Desktop Manager with Mac?

I know that it the BB software is supposedly not compatible with Mac, but T-Mobile told me I could download software(?)

I followed the direction of T-Mobile tech support but still nothing.

If you know, please be specific in relating the steps. I am not computer savvy. Thanks
