how do i speed up my download speeds on bittorrent?

my download speed should be 8mb/s, i preformed a 'speedtest' and im getting 6200 that's fine with me. but my torrent speeds are not exactly great. during the day i get <10 kb/s and at night it is averaging about 25-30 kb/s i am with talktalk and understand that during the day they do restrict p2p. but if anyone can explain it would be really appreciated.
the torrent has 16(504) seeders atm
 
it depends on seeds. doesn't matter what ur download is... that's the thing with bittorrent. seeders that are ppl contributing the file upload to the file that they downloaded, so if there's no seed or very few, u might not even get ur download to start
