How do I spend alone time with my friend without her boyfriend complaining?

This usually happens a lot: whenever I try to spend some alone time with my friend her cellphone rings up and he is on the line saying he is being "Ignored" but the problem is that he always spends everyday with her so I barely see her anymore. Then I get ignored for a week after he complains and then the process goes over and over again.

It's like he is trying to take some alone time away or is it that he is just jealous?

Talk to your friend about it. Or turn her cell phone off, take the battery out or something. Or start a competition and start complaining to her as well. Or ask her to set planners that seems fair to you and that the amount of time she spends with him equals the amount of time spent with you.
