Some malware or viruses do that. Have you run your anti-virus and anti-malware programs? I think you should do that NOW.You should have only one anti-virus program on your PC but you can also use Malwarebytes. (I've heard the most recent version of IE is good but you have to have Windows 7 to use it - I think.)
