How do i stop my dog from whining while she is in her kennel and?

how do i make her relax and not care when i move or something while she is in there. whenever i get up to use the bathroom she whines and yelps and does the same when i am typing on the computer.
I can't leave my apartment for a long period of time because she practically screams until i come home.
 
Your dog sounds very close to you. I don't think that any dog likes to be in a kennel quite frankly, but if you want her to not whine or yelp as much, when your not around or occupied doing something else, try weening her off of being around you. Try not to be around her as much when you are home. I've tried leaving the Television on all the time except for when i go to sleep at night, that way, my dog thinks i'm home and awake, until she hears the television goes off.
