So my parents had set up the Verizon FIOS remote and I was trying to watch a DVD and it wouldn't go over to the DVD screen (how do you do that anyway? The instructions are not helpful), so I remembered a time when my dad used a different remote to get the DVD screen. I tried using the Samsung remote and it can turn the TV on and off but it says "Weak or no signal" and it's on some DTV/Cable channels now and won't go back to Verizon FIOS. I tried reprogramming the Verizon FIOS remote to the TV and I think I picked the right code but it will only turn the TV on and off, but won't go back to the channels. Please help!!
