How do i sync my bell remote to my t.v? and how do i sync the old controller back...

...to my old t.v? i had my bell tv remote synced to my Samsung t.v and i got a new Toshiba t.v and i want to sync my bell remote to my Toshiba t.v how do i do that? and also how do i sync the old t.v remote back to my Samsung so the volume works on the old controller.
