I have an iPhone 4S through Sprint. I have an email account with Outlook 2010. I added my Outlook account to the "mail" accounts in my settings, but it still does not work how I want. If I receive an Outlook email on my computer, I read it and either transfer it to another folder or delete it. But when I open up my Outlook on my iPhone using the mail icon, it still shows the same email as unread. I essentially have to read it/deal with it twice. It also does not include the folders I have, etc.
I also have a Yahoo account, and that works fine because, when I set it up on my phone under settings, Yahoo was one of the options for an email account (along with Gmail, Exchange, AOL, Hotmail, etc.). I think my Outlook won't work because Outlook was not an option. I just want my Outlook to run smoothly on my phone, similar to my Yahoo account. Any suggestions on how I can achieve this???
