How do I take the housing for the steering column off of my 91 jeep

wrangler to expose wires? One of the ignition wires is exposed and grounding itself out on left turns and shutting the jeep off. I need to get at the wires to patch.
 
Disconnect the neg. batt. cable. Remove the knee bolster from the lower dash. On the bottom of the steering column cover are two deep screw pockets. Shine a light in one to see if it's phillips or torx drive. Remove the screws and release the side tabs.
