how do i tell my karate teacher i was raped?

Iv never told anyone that i was raped repeatedly from the time i was 10 until i was 17. I started karate at age 11 and i trust my sensei more than anyone but i just cant tell him i just don't know how you bring up something like that. I really don't want him to be mad at me for not defending myself and not telling him sooner im know 22 and im wondering if i should say something or just drop it.

Don't listen to anybody else. He should not be mad at you for this...you were way too young to defend yourself. I say tell him. And if not him, then someone else you trust. Keeping this a secret to yourself will destroy you.
