How do I transfer my address book from my blackberry 8100 to my iPhone?

I just got a new iPhone, but nothing is too clear about how I can transfer all of my contacts to my new iPhone from my Blackberry Pearl 8100. I know that I can use bluetooth somehow, but it's very unclear. Any help but especially step-by-step help would be greatly appreciated!
