how do i transfer pictures from my sony ericsson w995 to my laptop?

when i try to do so it uploads all files except my camera album. why is this? how can i solve it? thanks
 
I used to have that phone :). Plug it into your laptop, and ur phone folde should open. Click on the memory card file (if it's on memory card or if it's on phone memory click on that file), go to pictures -> DCIM -> camera photos and drag them onto a laptop file. ( it's either DCIM or the other one. Sorry my memories a bit vague)
