How do i transfer videos from my Sony Ericsson K810i mobile to my computer?

I know how to transfer stuff TO my mobile,but i don't know how i transfer stuff FROM my mobile...
I have some clips on my mobile that i wanna add to my pc,but i don't know how to I need details,details,details!

connect it to your computer, let it install the drivers, open the removable storage device in my computer (your phone) locate the file you want and right click it, select copy and then paste it into a folder on your computer where you would like i tot be stored, alternatively right clik the file and choose sendto: and select my documents or anuva location.
