How do I transfer Voice Records from my motorola v3 to my pc.?

there seems to be no option in phone tools.
In an mms, when i select insert voice record, I only have the option of a new one, no existing one.
when i connect to pc, i cannot find the folder it is in at all...I have sounds ..but not voice records

I would suggest sending it to your email in the form of a picture message. That's how I've transfered all my files from my phone that I've wanted on my computer as well.
