My Nokia E66 has a video playback problem.After a video clip is recorded and played back, the audio and video is out of sync. So, I searched the internet on how to fix it and luckily I found the solution. My problem is, I don't know how to do the following instructions since I'm not good in these things. Please can someone help me, where can I find those folders and files? Do I still need a usb cable to plug it in my E66 and PC? What are the things I need to do the procedures below?

INTRODUCTION
This technical bulletin gives procedure for fixing the following symptom:
•E66 audio and video is out of sync after recording a video
This problem can be solved by flashing a new Dynamic Camera Configuration (DCC) file to the phone.
SYMPTOMS
After a video clip is recorded with the phone and then played back, the audio and video is out of sync.
HOW TO FIX
1.Shut down Phoenix Service SW
2.Remove current DCC files from folder:
c:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products\RM-343\
- dcc_986_3MVGA_DAWN_2008.09.30.01.fpl
- dcc_986_3MVGA_DAWN_2008.09.30.01.zip
3. Save following .zip and .fpl files to folder:
c:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products\RM-343\
4. After files have been copied, start Phoenix => Go to Testing => Camera configuration
5. Press “read” button to read current camera ID and then press upload to write new DCC file to the phone.
I hope you guys could help me! I love my E66, but the video problem is a show stopper!!!!!
