how do i turn on my internet add-ons?

my internet says it running with no add-ons?? what is that, like its doing simething cuz i cant watch videos, i cant download video flash player, i cant play games, i cant download pics to myspace.
idk so i how do i turn on my add-ons??
please help me i need to know how to turn them on!
 
You keep starting the shortcut to Internet Explorer that doesn't use the add-ons.

Here is one way.

Start - Run - type iexplore.exe and hit enter. (Vista, just type that into the search)

Or, look through your All programs for the Internet Explorer shortcut that doesn't say anything about Disabled Add-ons.

Or, download Firefox from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox and install and use that instead. It is much safer and a much better browser. Most spyware is written specifically for IE too. So you keep a cleaner system with Firefox. Using Firefox would take care of your problems.
