You keep starting the shortcut to Internet Explorer that doesn't use the add-ons. Here is one way. Start - Run - type iexplore.exe and hit enter. (Vista, just type that into the search) Or, look through your All programs for the Internet Explorer shortcut that doesn't say anything about Disabled Add-ons. Or, download Firefox from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox and install and use that instead. It is much safer and a much better browser. Most spyware is written specifically for IE too. So you keep a cleaner system with Firefox. Using Firefox would take care of your problems.
