Awhile ago my dad blocked VCast, Get it Now, picture messaging, and all that from my Verizon Wireless phone and my sisters phones because they were downloading stuff. Since I told him I didn't download anything he decided to unblock everything from mine. So he called up 611 and the lady told him to dial *228 and click option 2. So we did and it said something about updating roaming capabilities. But I still couldn't send or receive picture messages or browse through Get it Now. We did this about 20 times and waited hours and still nothing. I looked up roaming capabilities and it doesn't seem to have to do with unblocking downloads or anything. But I don't know maybe the lady made a mistake or something. My dad told me to fuck off when I asked him to call the lady again. So does anyone know how to do do this?
