how do i unblock internet, picture messaging, and ringtones on my verizon...

Once you sign in go to the Grey Tab MY SERVICES, then click MY PLAN towards your left hand side in black, the go half way down the page and click add/remove features, unclick whatever you want or just go to the MY SUPPORT TAB, will have the optionin there too
