I turned my phone on and off again to see if it would work. I entered the same pin code so I know I got it right, but then it asked me for a PUK code. I had no idea what this was, and my phone said I had 10 attempts to get it right. I used all of them and now when I turn my phone on and off again and enter that pin, it says "PUK code blocks - SOS, Call".
