how do I unhide my internet toolbar?

The toolbar that has things like : File, View, Bookmarks has disappeared from the top of myscreen. I thought that Control + T or something would bring it back. Now I have to type in address manually because I have no access to Favorites or Bookmarks.
 
go with the mouse and click right click in any space in your browser then chose customize you will find ther or remove your browser from your computer then install it again
