how do i unhide something on my blackberry bold?

i cant find my "contacts" thing on my menu screeen. and when i search for it it shows up, but its kind of faded. i thhink it might be "hidden"
or ellse how would i get it back to my menu screen?
 
Go to your main screen. Left click, go to show all. Go to the one that is faded, left click. The options hide and show all should be checked off. Click hide so it removes the check mark from that icon. Hope I helped.
