How do i unlock 8830 blackberry for sprint?

I have a blackberry 8830 WORLD ADDITON phone bought from SPRINT. If unlocked will it work with AT&T? Being they are different netowks. Any help would be great. ALSO THEY BOTH HAVE SIM CHIPS SO HOPEFULLY THAT HELPS????
