How do I unlock AT&T RAZR cell phone in India?

Got a newer RAZR with renewed contract with AT&T. Wanted to use old one in India, but it could not be unlocked and hence I could not use local Indian SIM card. Suggestions?
 
I suggest you can approach Prounlocking.com and specify the country,locked network of Motorola RAZR.You can get the unlock code through email along with step by step instructions.Once unlocked you can swap to a local Indian carrier as per your wish.
