how do i unlock my huawei android smartphone if i cant remember my gmail info?

i set a pattern unlock on my Huawei android amrtphone by cricket and i dont remember what the pattern was that i did, nor do i remember my gmail information. i absolutely NEED my phone, a, i supposed to send it back to the factory or cant cricket just manually unlock it if i take it into their store? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
