How do I use my downloaded ringtones from mabilo on my samsung intercept?

I have the app for mabilo and i have downloaded ringers that I want but they are not working. If I assign it to a certain person it shows that it is assigned but when they call, it's my default ringer. I can download and assign a ringer for default and it will work but it wont work if i assign one to a specific person even tho it shows that it did. any suggestions?????
