How do I use my T-mobile Blackberry Curve 8320 as a modem for my laptop?

I have an 8320 with the unlimited blackberry data add on. I can get my email and access the internet on my phone just fine. I want to use the phone as an aircard/modem. I don't see what I need to do to get this to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
