how do i use the internet and how do i put ringtones in the the blackberry curve

with the USB? everytime i got on the internet it say "u do not have the rights to this URL(the name of da web page)"nd its pissing mii off!! plz help with dat!! now with the ring tones it say i have 2 go to some web page but i need da internet so plz help mii with dat stuff plz!!!!!! =]
