How do I use the ringtones tht I got from Myxertones on my HTC hero?

Ok so I bought my HTC Hero the other day and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! I logged into my myxer account and personalized and downloaded them. NOW they are basically sitting in my download list AND I CAN NOT FIGURE OUT where to go to assign them to contacts or as ringtones. so now i have all these songs in my phone tht i can not figure out how to assign
PLEASE HELP
