How do i view a bit torrent file like this

yes it is some issues of an old magazine. i download the file from a web site

It looks like all you have is the torrent file. A torrent file is a text file associated with specific content (in this case the magazines). In order to get the magazines, the torrent has to be opened in a bittorrent client. Once it is opened, then transfer of the magazines begins.

The magazines come in pdf format, so you would need a pdf reader to view the magazines. the most common pdf reader is Adobe, but there are other (better) choices:

You cannot view this file, a torrent file is simply a link to another file. You can open it using a program like azura, limewire or bittorrent. It will start a download of a file through the internet, do you even know what it is?
