How do i wear my Blow fish Hobbits?

Okay so i recently received these boots for Christmas as long as those slouchy style boots but those are leather. im have a very hard time figuring out what to wear with my blow fish boots!!!! I know its great with skinny jeans, leggings, tights, skirts, tunics etc! iam most definitely fashion forward but its difficult because when i wear them with my jeans should i tuck my jeans in or leave them out since the boots are a little longer then my ankle????any suggestions please!!!
