How do u Take the headrest off of a 98 buick regal?

i know this maybe a dumb question. but i dont see and buttons or clamps or anything that holds it in place. im trying to attach a headrest moniter. and i rather not go to the shop since i understand how to do the wiring. i have to slide the brackets for the headrest around the moniter
 
Their should be a button on the mount part of the headrest, just press it in and it should release.
