How do woman manage to stick to healthy eating while Pms'ing?

You know ladies..when you want to eat a chocolate bar the size of the moon or guzzle a 12 pack of soda like the redneck and his beer down the street or order a pizza just so you can take your mood swings out on the delivery boy?

How do you manage to stay on track thru these horrible horrible times?
 
i think all women do a little bit of bad when that's going on. i'm a really really healthy person. more than most normal people - but i indulge during that time of month too. i've been known to eat an entire jar of peanut butter in one sitting. but i don't do that anymore. this is just personally me but i exercise a lot so my body can afford to eat like an animal once a month. but if you're not the type of person who exercises all the time then just indulge a little healthier. if you want something theres always a healthier choice that's similar. if you want a chocolate bar - go for a low fat ice cream. if you want a pizza then have some - just control how much.

sometimes when i'm doing that and i want more afterwards - i throw the rest of it away. or quickly give it to someone else so they can get fat and not me.
