How do you back up to a paver with a dump truck full of asphalt?

I have been watching videos on youtube and it seems as though everyone does it differently. I need a step by step guide. Do I back up (slowly of course) until I bump the paver? Do I lift up my box half way or all the way? Do I press the brake or not?
