how do you block advertisments when watching a video on the internet?

what do you do to block advertisment or shortcuts to an internet page while watching a video.
 
you can't. those advertisements are how the people who stream those videos make money. trust me I wish I could too but hey it's better than 3:30 minutes commercial break like you see on TV.
