how do you change ACE3 to a format that works for Divx or windows media player?

I downloaded the complete series of OZ and I can hear only some of them and not the rest It has the Dolby ACE3 (code 8192) format and so far I have tried the decoders and DVD rippers to try to convert it so that I can hear them but it's not working. So PLEASE someone tell me what I need to do
