How do you change an outgoing message if you have visual voicemail on a Droid phone

You call your voicemail and change it in the settings..

The visual voicemail dispays the message right on the screen for you to hear so you do not need to dial into into your phone than enter the secrity code.I played around with the visual voicemail screen and it gives you no options that i can see to change an out going message.
So any additional help would be appreciated.
