I've searched everywhere on the Internet on how to change the icon for an HTML document.
RIght clicking the file and going to "Customize" or "Change Icon" doesn't work because the option and tabs for it is NOT there.
I'm guessing its because its not a shortcut or something but I'm not sure, but I really need to be able to do this soon.
Can someone please help?
