how do you check when your upgrade is on tmobile?

i have no idea when my upgrade is on tmobile and i would like to know if there is any way to check.
 
You can check mytmobile.com and access your account. You can also go to any tmobile store or kiosk and they can check and tell you when is your next upgrade, and in some instances, they can tell you what phone you can upgrade to for free or a small fee for the phone itself.
