I have tried vinegar, bleach, alcohol and glass cleaner, do you know any other way?
It's on the t.v.---if that helps.

Windex and vinegar will easily do it though you may need to clean 2 or 3 times to get it all off. Alcohol probably will work too but is an expensive way to do it. Never use bleach on an appliance. Also, never spray liquids on appliances. You're reasonably safe doing so with a TV screen, but spraying the cleaner on the cloth or paper towel and not the appliance is a good habit to get into. Not that great to spray bleach either. Chlorine isn't good to breathe and overspray can damage other stuff around you.

Windex will easily remove nicotine from glass. Including the TV screen, Microwave window, etc. Lots of times people don't use enough paper towels. Spray the TV starting at the top (it will run down, that way), and continue to spray until the screen is covered. Use 2 to 3 paper towels to wipe as much off as you can. Then spray again, and use 2 to 3 paper towels again.

Honestly, I don't think what you are trying to clean is nicotine.

a good 1 to 1 mixture of vinegar and water or a mixture of 1 part bleach and 3 parts water are always good cleaning solutions. i use vinegar and water myself on glass. men green is a good choice also as the other answer suggested. there are alot of good cleaners out there its just finding the one you like thne best with the least amount of bad or strong odors. good luck! try smoking outside to avoid this in the future as i do and i don't want the house smelling like smoke anyway.

I just used windex and it usually comes off good

Try mean green. That cleaner is though cookies.
