How do you complain to/about GOOGLE?

im really peeved off i googled a high school musical star (corbin Blue) on images as my 5 year old girl is a fan and up pops an image of him with a full frontal erection, it was a spoof pic of him but how many children will innocently see this ITS A DISGRACE GOOGLE SHOULD NOT ALLOW THIS
my child was not unsupervised she was with me, im new to computors and was unaware you can block content
