How do you connect a Nokia 3230 to a bluetooth car kit?

My uncle has bought a car with a Nokia bluetooth kit installed. He has a Nokia 3230 phone. How does he enable it to connect to the car kit?

(Yes I have bluetooth, no I've never used it!) :oP
