how do you download games ringtones ext; from rogers.ca to put on your cell phone?

i tried everything but when i try and download from my phone, i click download then it says its downloaded but its not and i've waisted like 5 bucks browsing on my phone trying over and over again. HELP!
 
i have a better idea

buy an sd card reader or a usb data cable.

then use the free ringtone site Ventones

and make ringtones with Ventones

and then save them to your pc, and then onto your phone

couldnt be easier any any more free than that
