You need a bit torrent down loader.
The one I use is called Vuze, formerly Azurus Vuze. Just google it and you will see it. It's free to download. It is a program that loads and installs on your computer and has a visual interface for you to interact with. Just download and install it. It may ask you if you want it to be the default bit torrent handler or something like that, just say yes.
Now you need to find your torrents. I use The Pirate Bay. Once again, just google it and you will see it. This is not a program that you download, just a website. Just go there and search for whatever torrents you are looking for. When you see one you like, just click it and the page will open and you will see 'download this torrent'. Click it and then Vuze should open up (even if the program is not running) and start downloading the torrent. After it has finished downloading, the file will be in the Azurus downloads file that should be found in your documents folder.
