How do you find out how many texts you have sent on a Nokia n76?

I have a nokia n76 on cantract with vodafone.. how can i find out how many text and minutes i have used/ got left?

there is usually a function when you send a text to just 'send' or to 'send and save'. it is then held in an outbox. there you can see how many texts you have sent.
 
check your 'Log' i do that but you cant see how many minutes you've got left on there
