Did the old paper clip test and got a 32 and a 35 blink code.
Cleaned up the EGR inside and cleared the codes.
Now I just have a 35 code.
Is this a easy cheep fix?

35 is the Idle Speed Control circuit, the code means your computer isn't getting a signal. First thing I'd try is unplug the ISC and spray it out with electrical connector cleaner, and plug it back in. If that doesn't fix it, test the sensor and the wiring with a voltmeter.
